Tickets will only be sold until 8:00 pm. No additional tickets will be sold.
One:
A single ticket will be drawn, and the name on the ticket will be announced.
Two:
If the first drawing does not produce a winner, that ticket will be discarded:A second raffle ticket will be drawn, and the name on the ticket will be announced.
If there is no number on the ticket, or the number is not available,
a random envelope will be selected using the ping pong ball method.
Three:
If the second drawing does not produce a winner, that ticket will be discarded:A third raffle ticket will be drawn and the final envelope will be opened.

1. A new deck of cards, including jokers will be used for each new game.
2. Cards will be placed in envelopes and sealed. The sealed envelopes will be shuffled and then numbered 1 thru 54. Each seal will be signed by (2)-chairpersons in accordance with State Gaming directives.
3. The envelopes will be placed in a locked cabinet on public display at The Lodge Grill and Bar located at 2812 Orchard Lake Rd. Keego Harbor, Mi 48320. Only Chairpersons from Bloomfield Township FD Charities / Benevolent Fund Progress Raffle Committee shall have keys to the cabinet.
4. Tickets will be sold for $ 1.00 each.
5. The ticket purchaser will select envelope at the time of ticket purchase by placing the envelope number on the ticket stub. Knowledge of the available envelopes will be given at time of purchase.
5. Tickets will be sold by BTFD Personnel and The Lodge Grill and Bar located at 2812 Orchard Lake Rd. Keego Harbor, Mi 48320 during their opening hours.
6. Drawings will be held every Wednesday at The Lodge Grill and Bar located at 2812 Orchard Lake Rd. Keego Harbor, Mi 48320 at 8:00 pm. Drawing Dates:

7. Drawing begins on 5/27/2015 and ends 5/18/2016.
8. In case of inclement weather or unforeseen emergencies – the drawing will be held at 8:00 pm the next practical night.
9. Only one raffle ticket stub will be picked each week.
10. The winning ticket holder (if present) will select one envelope. If that envelope contains the Jack of Spades, the ticket holder will receive (by check) 50% of the current raffle sales, less applicable taxes.
11. Ticket holder does not need to be present to win. The envelope number placed on the ticket stub will be used if you are unable to attend the actual drawing.
12. In the event the winning ticket holder is not present and the ticket stub does not include an envelope number – a third party will be picked from those present to choose an envelope on their behalf.
13. If the Jack of Spades is not drawn, the Jackpot will roll over to the next week. The Jackpot will continue to grow each week until the winning card is selected. The selected card will be placed face up in the envelope display case.
14. All ticket stubs (except for a winning ticket stub) will be destroyed each week following the drawing.
15. Bloomfield Township Fire Department Charities will require the winners to provide proper identification and necessary information for taxes before receiving their prize.
16. If the Michigan State Gaming license expires during a game, tickets will be drawn on the final draw night until someone selects the Jack of Spades and wins the current Jackpot.
17. Chairpersons of the event are not permitted to purchase tickets.
18. Volunteers of BTFD Charities are permitted to purchase tickets, however if their ticket is drawn, they may not select an envelope number. A third party will select an envelope on their behalf.
19. State of Michigan Charitable Gaming Directive No. 5.05.01 and this list of House Rules are the official rules governing this raffle. Any disputes not covered in any of these rules will be at the discretion of Bloomfield Township Fire Department Charities / Benevolent Fund.
